Mobile Phone Service warrants that,for the periods set out below,the
enclosed products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship
and agree that it will,at its sole discretion either repair or replace
any defective products subject to therms and conditions set out herein.
The warranty periods commence at the time of the first end-user’s
original purchase of the products and are as follows:
• 12 months for brand new mobile phone,iPad or iPod.
• 6 Months for a used mobile phone,iPad or iPod.
• 3 Months for battery and charger.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
1. Normal wear and tear of the products.
2. Defects and damages due to the products being used other than in their
normal and customary manner or in a way that is contrary to the
instructions provided by Mobile Phone Service.
3. Any unauthorized disassembly, repair, alteration or modification being
carried out
4. Defects or damage arising from improper or accident howsoever caused.
5. Defects or damaged arising from improper
testing,operation,maintenance,installation,or any alteration or
modification.
6. Defects or damage due to spillage of food or
liquids,moisture,corrosion,rust or the use of wrong voltage.
7. Scratches or damage to plastic surfaces and all other externally
exposed parts that are due to normal customer use.
8. Defects caused by the fact that the battery was short-circuited or
seals of the battery enclosure or cells where broken or show evidence of
tampering or the battery was used in equipment other than for which it
has been specified.
9. Viruses from end-users or from third parties unauthorized access to
services,other accounts,computer systems or networks.
10. Any product requiring service/repair under this warranty must be
delivered at the end users cost.
This warranty will be null and avoid should any of the following events
occur:
1. The defacing or removal of the serial number or seal on the products.
2. The alteration or modification in any way of any term contained in
this warranty without the prior written consent of Mobile Phone Service.
3. All repaired or replaced products will be warranted for the balance of
the original warranty period from the date of repair or replacement.
4. If the product is returned to Mobile Phone Service after the
expiration of the warranty period then Mobile Phone Services normal
services policies shall apply and the end-user will be charged
accordingly.
5. Mobile Phone Service does not assume any other obligation or liability
beyond that which is expressly provided for in this limited warranty.
6. All warranty information,product features and specifications are
subject to change without notice.
7. In the event that end-user wishes to make claim under this
warranty,the end-user is requested to retain their original proof of
purchase of the product for presentation to the vendor from whom the
product was purchased.All our used phones are fully tested before we
sell them! We are not VAT registered so prices are excluding VAT. All
prices in € are final and non-negotiable.
THERE IS NO RETURN AND NO REFUND FOR ANY ITEM PURCHASED IN MOBILE PHONE
SERVICE IF YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND, PURCHASED BY MISTAKE, OR SIMPLY DON`T
NEED OR LIKE THE ITEM!
