Unlocking in process. Device is currently being unlocked, we will let you know when we finish. No actions required.
Unrepairable / Can’t be unlocked. We couldn’t fix your device. Come and collect it in our working hours. No fee is charged.
Repaired / Waiting for collection. We have successfully repaired your device. Come and collect it in our working hours.
Unlocked / Waiting for collection. We have successfully unlocked your device. Come and collect it in our working hours.
