If you wish to have your phone unlocked or repaired but can’t come to our office in person simply print and fill in This Form and send whit your phone to us:Mobile Phone Service,First Floor,32 Grand Parade,Cork.

When we receive in our office,we will unlock it or repair it and return it by registered post or courier . When sending your phones to us please insure it is securely packaged to avoid any damage,and please backup all your data,because we are not responsible for any data loss during unlocking or repairing,so it is the customer`s responsibility to retain a backup of data before sending the device to our service,we also highly recommend when sending your phones to us that you use a service such as An Post registered post or a regular courier.We cannot be held responsible for items sent to us via normal post.

Unlocking – Repair Prices.

Mobile phone unlocking fees vary for different models,the most popular phones have an general unlocking fee of between 10-50euro,however this price varies depending on the exact make and model. This can be confirmed by contacting us prior to sending the phone to our store.For repair service fees please always contacting us prior to sending the phone to our store.

You need send payment for unlocking-repair service and postage payment 7 euro with the phone and Mobile Phone Post in Unlocking Form.
