When we receive your iPhone in our office,we will unlock it or repair it and return it by registered post or. When sending your iPhone to us please insure it is securely packaged to avoid any damage,and please backup all your data,because we are not responsible for any data loss during unlocking or repairing,so it is the customer`s responsibility to retain a backup of data before sending the device to our service,we also highly recommend when sending your iPhones to us that you use a service such as An Post registered post or a regular courier.We cannot be held responsible for items sent to us via normal post.
